Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time, in any Antalyst LLC application, game or platform. This page explains exactly how.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

Where an Antalyst product offers user accounts, it also offers in-app deletion, as required by the Apple App Store and Google Play:

  • Open the app and go to Settings.
  • Select Account.
  • Choose Delete account and confirm.

The account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased within 30 days.

Option 2 — Send us a request by email

Email hello@antalyst.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:

  • the name of the app, game or platform;
  • the email address, username or user ID linked to the account;
  • if you signed in with Facebook, Google or Apple, which one you used;
  • whether you want everything deleted, or only specific data.

We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request comes from the account holder.

Deleting data linked to a Facebook, Google or Apple login

If you signed in through Facebook Login, Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we hold only the identifier and basic profile fields you approved. Sending the request above deletes them from our systems.

You can also remove our app's access directly: on Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy › Settings › Apps and Websites and remove the app; on Google, go to Google Account › Security › Third-party apps; on Apple, go to Settings › Apple Account › Sign in with Apple. Removing access stops future data sharing — send us the deletion request as well to erase data already stored.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record, profile fields and login identifiers.
  • Game progress, saved preferences and user-generated content.
  • Support correspondence linked to the account, once any open case is closed.
  • Analytics events tied to your identifiers, which are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

What we may keep, and why

We retain a minimum set of records where the law requires it or where we have an overriding legal reason: transaction and tax records for the statutory period (generally up to 7 years), records needed to prevent fraud or abuse, and information required to establish or defend a legal claim. Aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you are not affected.

Other privacy rights

Deletion is one of several rights you hold. Access, correction, portability, objection and opt-out of targeted advertising are described in our Privacy Policy.
