Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Antalyst LLC collects through its mobile applications, casual games, websites and digital content platforms, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Who we are
Antalyst LLC ("Antalyst", "we", "us") is a digital product and software development company registered in the United States. We create, publish and monetize mobile applications, casual video games and digital content platforms.
Antalyst LLC is the data controller for personal data processed through the products we publish under our own developer accounts. This policy applies to all of those products and to this website, together referred to as the "Services".

2. Data we collect
2.1 Data you provide
- Account data — when a product offers an account, we may process an email address, display name and authentication identifier. If you sign in with a third-party service such as Apple, Google or Facebook, we receive only the fields you approve at the consent screen (typically name, email address and a user ID).
- Support correspondence — the content of messages you send us, including the email address you write from and any details you choose to include.
- Purchase records — confirmation that a purchase or subscription was completed. Payments are processed by Apple, Google or another payment provider; we do not receive or store your card number.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Device and technical data — device model, operating system version, language, region, screen characteristics, app version and network type.
- Identifiers — an app-generated installation identifier and, where permitted, advertising identifiers (Apple's IDFA, Google's Advertising ID). On iOS, the IDFA is used only if you allow tracking through the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Usage and diagnostics — sessions, screens or levels viewed, features used, crash reports and performance data.
- Approximate location — a coarse region derived from your IP address, used for advertising eligibility, content localisation and legal compliance. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a product states so explicitly and you grant the permission.
- Cookies and similar technologies — on our websites, for essential operation, measurement and advertising. See section 8.
2.3 Data we do not collect
We do not sell personal data. We do not collect contacts, photos, microphone or camera data unless a specific product feature requires it, in which case the operating system will ask for your permission first and the product's store listing will disclose it.
3. Why we use your data and our legal bases
- To operate and deliver the Services — performance of a contract.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse — legitimate interests.
- To measure performance, fix crashes and improve products — legitimate interests, or consent where required by local law.
- To display advertising — consent for personalised advertising and tracking identifiers; legitimate interests for non-personalised, contextual advertising.
- To provide support and respond to requests — performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
- To comply with legal obligations — including tax, accounting and lawful requests from authorities.
4. Advertising and analytics partners
Our free products are supported by advertising. Advertising and analytics providers integrated into our Services may receive device identifiers, approximate location, IP address and app interaction data in order to deliver, cap and measure advertising. These providers act as independent controllers or as our processors depending on the integration and the region.
Categories of partners we work with include mobile advertising networks and mediation platforms (for example Google AdMob and comparable networks), attribution and analytics providers, and crash reporting services. The exact partners used by a given product are listed in that product's store privacy declaration — Apple's Privacy Nutrition Label and Google Play's Data Safety section.
Personalised advertising is only enabled with your consent where consent is required. If you decline, you will still see advertising, but it will be contextual rather than personalised.
5. Sharing your data
We share personal data only with:
- service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tooling);
- advertising partners as described in section 4;
- app stores and payment processors, for distribution, purchases and refunds;
- professional advisers, auditors and insurers, where necessary;
- authorities or third parties where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
- an acquirer, in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale — you will be informed if this changes how your data is handled.
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising without your consent.
6. International transfers
We operate globally and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on adequacy decisions or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with additional safeguards where necessary.
7. Retention
- Account data — for as long as the account is active, then deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
- Usage and diagnostic data — typically retained in identifiable form for up to 14 months, then deleted or aggregated.
- Support correspondence — up to 24 months after the case is closed.
- Transaction records — as long as required by tax and accounting law, generally up to 7 years.
8. Cookies and website tracking
Our websites use strictly necessary cookies for security and basic functionality. Where required by law, measurement and advertising cookies are set only after you give consent through our consent banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
9. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age set by local law, such as 16 in parts of the European Economic Area), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Products distributed in family or child-directed store categories are configured to disable personalised advertising and behavioural tracking, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Google Play's Families policy and Apple's Kids Category requirements.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact hello@antalyst.com and we will delete it promptly.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete your data (see our data deletion page);
- restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing and profiling;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- data portability;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data and of targeted advertising (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states), and not be discriminated against for doing so;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any right, email hello@antalyst.com. We respond within 30 days, and we may ask for information needed to verify your identity.
Device-level controls
- iOS — Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and Apple Advertising.
- Android — Settings › Google › Ads, where you can delete or reset your advertising ID.
11. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access control on a need-to-know basis, and regular review of our providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data and poses a risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our products or the law change. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced inside the affected Services before they take effect.
