To help us resolve the issue on the first reply, include:

• the name of the app or game and its version number;
• your device model and operating system version;
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
• a screenshot or screen recording if the problem is visual.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds must be requested through the store that took the payment — reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or the Google Play order history for Android. If a purchase was charged but the item did not appear in the app, contact us and we will restore it.

Accounts and data

To delete your account or personal data, follow the steps on our data deletion page. For any other privacy request, write to hello@antalyst.com.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in one of our products, email hello@antalyst.com with the details and give us reasonable time to investigate before disclosing it publicly.
